CD23 is expressed by most B-Chronic lymphocytic leukemias / B-cell Small lymphocytic lymphoma (CD19/CD5/CD23 positive in CLL) and is considered a reliable marker for differential diagnosis with Mantle cell lymphoma (CD23 negative).
