Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) is one of the most common Leukemias and also comprises 15% of pediatric Acute Leukemias. This assay helps to identify cytogenetic abnormalities in\npatients with myeloid malignancies and tracking response to therapies. Detection of an abnormal clone indicates a diagnosis of AML of various subtypes.
